This 21-inch regulator kit, which includes a hose and a regulator, is designed to fit the Genesis Silver C, Genesis Gold, Genesis Platinum B, Platinum C, and Summit Silver and Gold gas grills. The rubber construction ensures a secure and durable connection.
The Weber Hose and Regulator provides a reliable, airtight connection between your grill and the propane tank, while effectively controlling the flow of propane to the burners. This component is a replacement for a damaged hose or regulator, and it is not an adapter hose for portable grills such as the Weber Q or Traveler. If you require an adapter hose for those types of grills, please search for "Weber Adapter Hose," part number 6501.
Leakage can also be caused by a faulty connection or an issue with the propane tank itself. To check the tank, inspect the inside of the gasket for cracks or deformations (oval shape). You can also perform a soapy water test by applying soapy water to the valve where the regulator connects and then opening the valve. Any bubbles that form indicate a leak.
This regulator kit is compatible with Weber Genesis Silver C, Gold B/C, Platinum B/C, and Summit Silver/Gold/Platinum gas grills manufactured after 2002.
